"We used Monarchy Building Services at the end of last year when we purchased our property. It was in need of full renovation which included plastering, new plumbing, rewiring and moving of walls. In addition to this we had our chimney removed and we were faced with an issue where the chimney was propping up the floor joists. Andy and his team came up with a solution to resolve this and it did not impact the works. We have also used them to convert our summerhouse into a functional garden office with electricity, flooring, internet , plastering and full decoration. We were overall happy with the works and it was good value for money compared to other quotes that we received. We are using them to do our rear extension at the end of the year."
